RakuOps is invite-only. Our ops team reviews each application — usually within hours, not days.
RakuOps doesn't allow self-signup. A new email can only sign in after one of the following:
1. The RakuOps operations team has added it as the first admin of a new organisation (after reviewing your access application).
2. An existing admin of an organisation has invited that email from inside the app.
Sign-in links sent to an email that isn't yet provisioned will fail silently — we can't tell you which case applies, by design, to prevent email enumeration.
